The agreement

One clear agreement. Signed before we build.

This is the plain-language summary of the service and hosting agreement you will e-sign before work starts. No fine print surprises — this is the deal.

1. The work & the price

  • ✦One-time build fee by package: Debut $399 or Headliner $599 (AI Artists); Imprint $699 or Dynasty $999 (AI Labels).
  • ✦Payment: 50% deposit to start, 50% before launch. Work begins after this agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
  • ✦Scope is defined by the package features listed on the pricing page plus your completed project questionnaire. Anything outside that scope is handled by a written change order with cost and timeline agreed before we build it.

2. Revisions during the build

  • ✦Each project includes two (2) rounds of revisions per phase — one phase for Design, one for Development.
  • ✦A revision round is one consolidated list of change requests, submitted in writing (email) within 5 business days of receiving the deliverable for review. Please gather all feedback into one list per round.
  • ✦Additional revision rounds are available at $75/hour, quoted and approved in advance.

3. Hosting & care plan — $59/month

  • ✦Includes: managed hosting, SSL, uptime monitoring, weekly backups, security updates, and your domain registration and renewal.
  • ✦Includes up to two (2) minor content update requests per month (text or image swaps on existing pages, under 30 minutes each). Unused requests do not roll over.
  • ✦New pages, design changes, or new functionality are quoted separately at $75/hour (1-hour minimum).
  • ✦Minimum term: 12 months. After 12 months the plan continues month-to-month.

4. Updating your site during hosting

  • ✦Send update requests by email. We respond within 1 business day.
  • ✦Standard content edits are completed within 3 business days.
  • ✦Urgent issues (site down, security problem) get a same-business-day response.

5. Your domain

  • ✦Already own a domain? You keep it — we just connect it.
  • ✦Need one? We can register and manage it for you. On a hosting plan, the domain cost is included in your monthly fee. Without hosting, we register it at market price plus a $25/year management fee.
  • ✦The domain is always registered in your name. It is yours, always.

6. Leaving after 12 months

  • ✦Cancel any time after the 12-month minimum with 30 days written notice.
  • ✦Early cancellation: the remaining months' balance or a $199 early-termination fee, whichever is less.
  • ✦On departure we deliver a full export of your site files and content within 10 business days. Direct migration to your new host is available for a one-time $150 transfer fee.
  • ✦Your domain and your email list leave with you, no strings.

7. Ownership & content

  • ✦Once paid in full, the finished site is yours. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio.
  • ✦You confirm you have the rights to all music, images, and text you give us to publish.
  • ✦AI-generated assets we create for the site (imagery, motion graphics) are delivered as part of the project.
